Join us for an unforgettable evening with Black Umfolosi, a world-renowned a cappella (Imbube) singing and traditional dance group from Zimbabwe. Formed in 1982 by school friends eager to celebrate their culture and uplift their community, Black Umfolosi has captivated audiences across Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia.
Specializing in rich vocal harmonies, gumboot dance, and Zulu movement, their performances are vibrant, soulful, and deeply rooted in African tradition. With appearances at major international events, including Expo 1992 in Spain and the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Canada, Black Umfolosi brings decades of musical excellence to the Key City Theatre stage.
