Planning your Trip
Located at the southern end of the Columbia Valley, within the Canadian Rockies, Cranbrook is where the Rocky Mountains and Purcell Mountains meet. An easy escape from Calgary (just a 4.25-hour drive) or from towns just south of the Canada/US border. Daily flights are on offer from Vancouver and Calgary from all three of Canada's major airlines including WestJet and Pacific Coastal Airlines landing at the Canadian Rockies International Airport.
If you are driving, Highway 3 runs right through town from Lethbridge, Alberta in the west and Castlegar in the east. Highway 97 routes you north into Golden or Banff and coming in from the south and Idaho in the south while Highway 93 welcomes our friends and neighbours from Montana.
Access to Cranbrook makes this destination an easy one to get to and from.
