Originally opening as Gold’s Gym in 2002, 2013 saw the rebrand as Fitness Inc. The owner's passion and dedication have remained strong. He and his staff strive to provide a clean and well-equipped facility in a comfortable atmosphere, welcoming to people from all walks of life.

Fitness Inc. is proud to showcase the Strongman Competition, an annual event that has raised $32,670 over the last six years in support of Cranbrook’s SPCA.   

Fitness Inc. provides many services and offers a full line of Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, and Precor Cardio equipment, the best in the business. They also offer Group Classes, Personal Training & Day-care services.
