Canadian 3D Outdoor Championships

The national championship 3D archery shoot is coming to Cranbrook, hosted by the Cranbrook Archery Club!
On Friday, August 4, the practice range will be open from 11 to 6p.m., with check-in and equipment inspection taking place during that time, followed by the welcome event which will run until 8p.m.
The games will begin on Saturday the 5th, starting at 8a.m. and rounds going until 5:30p.m. Sunday begins at 8a.m. with rounds going until 4:45p.m. Monday is similar with a start at 8a.m. and with awards and closing ceremonies at 5p.m.
This should provide an experienece that will help to prepare archers for international format.
About 3D Archery
3D Archery uses three-dimensional animal targets and creates a course in a wooded areas or unique landscapes. Targets, ranging from a mosquito to elks, are placed among the trees and landscape, allowing each specific target to have its own set of challenges, with unique shooting angles and obstacles.
The Canadian Outdoor 3D Archery Championships is an annual event, that highlights the local landscapes and brings the 3D Canadian community together for an exciting and competitive atmosphere.
