In recognition of National Advance Care Planning Day, McPhersons is holding an Advance Care Planning Symposium for our local communities.
The motto for this event is ‘planning is caring'. This is an opportunity to introduce our communities to the local advance care planning & end of life resources available to them.
This will be a safe welcoming space to talk openly about death and dying.
