Gyro Park

Gyro Park is a community based park that is designed for families and individuals to get some exercise and enjoy the fresh mountain air and the beautiful East Kootenay weather. Gyro Park is equipped with a large assortment of children’s play equipment that includes: multiple swing sets, slides, seesaws, jungle gyms for young children in the community.  There are also 2 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts and large green areas that provide an opportunity for a friendly game of tennis, pickleball or Frisbee.  With a covered picnic area, shade provided by large trees, Gyro Park is a great place to spend a nice spring or summer day with the kids and the family to get out and play.  Gyro Park is also equipped with outdoor lighting to extend the parks use beyond the dusk hours.
