- This special offer is valid at all Prestige locations between December 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022. Each hotel reserves the right to have black-out dates for the free night stay; these will vary by property.
- Guests must stay two or more consecutive nights to qualify, and pay the Best Available Rate on both nights. The promo is not valid on preferred corporate rates, sports team rates, or any other previously discounted rates or other special promotions Prestige offers such as the Seniors rate, AAA rate, etc. Sorry; no exceptions!
- Guests MUST book directly with the hotel by phone to qualify (no third-party website bookings will qualify), and ask for the "Stay 2, Night 3 is Free" promotional offer. - Your free night can either be the third night of your stay OR you may choose to receive a Free Night Stay voucher to return for a free night (at your choice of any Prestige property!) before May 31, 2022. Redemption subject to availability at the time of booking, black-out dates may apply and will vary by property; not valid for redemption on any Fri/Sat/Sun of a long weekend. Valid for a standard room only; upgrade for a small fee.
