- “The SDGs + Resort Operations” – Becky Pelkonen, College of the Rockies & Lecia Ferber, St. Eugene Mission Resort
- “Trails to Reconciliation Field School” – Craig Campbell showcasing an example of direct positive collaboration between Indigenous peoples and post-secondary tourism students
- “New Immigrant Voices in the Tourism Industry” – a short presentation by College of the Rockies Tourism Management Alumni
- “Tourism as a Force for Reconciliation” – Keynote Address by Beverley O’Neil, Ktunaxa citizen, consultant and founding member of Indigenous Tourism BC
