Rise & Thrive Women's Circle

May 24, 2019 - June 14, 2019 In Town

Join us in Sisterhood around the Circle. Connect with yourself and like-minded Women in a welcoming, judgment free environment. Explore the many facets of your uniqueness while allowing other Women to do the same. I have the final two dates before we break for Summer :) May 24 & June 14.

Join myself and Denise Holden to explore and celebrate the Divine Feminine through Kundalini Yoga.
The Divine Feminine is Rising. We are in a pivotal time in history where our Feminine Energy is Rising to match and balance with the Masculine. We will spend the evening working with Goddess Archetypes and Kundalini Yoga to awaken the Shakti force within.
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.
