One-Line Storytelling

Explore the expressive art of storytelling through line and color in this two-part workshop with Rico. Taking place November 7 and 14 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Cranbrook Arts Gallery, One-Line Storytelling introduces participants to the technique of continuous one-line drawing and the basics of watercolor painting. In the first session, you’ll learn to capture your subject using a single flowing line, guided step-by-step by Rico. The second session builds on your work with watercolor to bring your drawings to life on a unique accordion canvas. Bring photos or objects for inspiration, and discover how a single line can tell your story. Tickets are $65, and all materials are included.
