Natanik: A Day of Sunshine

ʔaq̓am Community invites everyone to come together for a free, all-ages day at Key City Theatre that’s focused on light, connection, and shared time. Natanik, meaning “a day of sunshine,” is exactly that: a chance to step inside, slow down, and enjoy being together during the heart of winter.

The day includes a wide range of free activities, from games and art stations to face painting, a Ktunaxa language room, and hands-on crafts like pine needle weaving. Lunch and snacks are provided, and there’s space to wander, participate, or simply sit and take it all in.

This is a welcoming, feel-good event designed to lift spirits and bring people together. No tickets, no pressure. Just show up and be part of it.
