Western Financial Place
Western Financial Place is Cranbrook's multi-purpose recreational facility! Home to an NHL sized arena, a playful aquatics centre, and more.
• Aquatics Centre is a multi-use aquatic playground that offers such amenities as an eight lane pool, a nineteen person hot tub, including a leisure pool. There is also a steam room, dry sauna, one metre spring board, rope swing, and water slide. The lane pool is equipped with stairs and a chair lift
• Indoor sports court is convertible between squash, racquetball, and wallyball. It is a public facility available for scheduled bookings and drop-in play.
• Public Skating available Wednesdays (12:30-1:30pm) September 4 - December 18 Ages 18 years +
• Walking on the Concourse is available from 6:00 am–10:00 pm daily, closed at 4:00 pm on Cranbrook Buck's game days and closed all day during special events. (Each lap = 820 feet = 252 metres Four laps = 1 km and 6.5 laps = 1 mile)
Please note: To access the concourse, you will be required to purchase a one-time security card for $5, available at the Leisure Services front desk.
*Running is not permitted around the concourse.
