Run CBK: Weekly Running Group

This is a casual running group for everyone in Cranbrook! No need for fancy gear. Just come as you are, whether you're a beginner or experienced runner. We run together with a leader at the front and back to ensure no one gets left behind. Feel free to run at your own pace. Routes are 4-6 km. Find the route on Strava.
Run CBK meets on Wednesdays @ 6:30 PM Rotary Park, Firehall side at the stage. We encourage cycling, walking, or carpooling to the meeting spot.
After the run, join Run CBK for drinks and laughs at the Firehall!
