Join Sophia every Saturday for a gentle & refreshing outdoor morning yoga class, surrounded by the sounds of nature at Lost Paradise Farm.
This class is suitable for all levels of yogis, including complete beginners.
Bring your mat, water, sunglasses and perhaps your SUP, canoe or kayak for some apres yoga fun.
Feel free to stick around after class for a meet & greet with our friendly Scottish highland cows 
Fresh produce from the farm will also be available for purchase.
Every Saturday through the summer at 10am (weather dependent - updates will be posted on this page)

Lost Paradise Farm is located at Stoney/ HaHas Lake in Ta Ta Creek. Please park outside by the cabin and walk in through the green gate.
