Ladies Night at Arq Mountain Centre

Ladies night is back, and better than ever. Coming in October, every Thursday night, it'll be an opportunity for ladies to connect, be social, move, learn, and have a great time (in a safe and encouraging environment). Whether brand new to climbing, or experienced, it's for all levels. Lead by our amazing coach Kate, you'll be in great company with leadership and instruction that's sure to make you more comfortable (in this environment), as well confident to take "the next step"...reaching all new heights.
