Kootenay Dance Flow — Cacao & Community

Start your day with movement, connection, and ceremonial cacao at Kootenay Dance Flow — Cacao & Community, a morning ecstatic dance gathering led by Dancin’ Dave.

The morning begins with cacao, gentle connection, and a short embodiment warm-up, then flows into a music-led freeform dance journey. This is not a class—there’s no choreography and minimal talking, just space to move, pause, rest, and express yourself however you feel called.

Dances are held in a mindful, sober container: barefoot or light socks, no phones, and no conversation on the dance floor (vocalizations are welcome!). Expect a curated mix of tribal rhythms, downtempo grooves, deep bass, electro-folk, and global beats—ending with a relaxing sonic savasana and closing circle.

Schedule:
• 10:30 AM – Circling, cacao & embodiment warm-up
• 10:50 AM – Ecstatic dance (90 minutes + sonic savasana)
• 12:20–12:30 PM – Closing circle (packed up by 1:00 PM)
