Elizabeth Shepherd is a Canadian singer, songwriter, pianist and producer. With Robert Glasper, Esperanza Spalding and Jose James, Shepherd is credited with invigorating the jazz song and bringing jazz-influenced music to a younger audience.
"Elizabeth Shepherd made her international debut in 2006 when her first album, "Start To Move," was voted one of the best jazz albums of the year by listeners of the influential Gilles Peterson Show on BBC Radio Worldwide.
