Classical Tuesdays

Classical Tuesdays is a free bag lunch concert series featuring local (East Kootenay) musicians of all ages and levels. Bring your lunch and enjoy a casual Classical variety show at the historic, acoustic Royal Alexandra Hall. The museum has restored its beautiful Broadwood Piano from 1864 (London). We want classical music to be accessible, or less stuffy, than your typical orchestra concert. Classical music should be for everyone! Interested performers sign up ahead of time by emailing info@cranbrookhistorycentre.com. . Performers include young music students, university music students, jazz musicians, classical musicians, professional musicians who play in the Symphony, musical theatre actors, and more.

Anyone can walk in, take a seat, and attend. Covid-sensitive measures will be taken. If attendees or musicians want to see the rest of the museum before or after, admission will be required.
