Join in for an exciting and mouth-watering event as the Rotary Club of Cranbrook presents the first Chili Cook Off!
This culinary extravaganza will take place on Saturday, August 26, from 4 to 8 p.m., right in the heart of Rotary Park.
We are thrilled to have Cranbrook Hyundai as our generous host for this sizzling event.
Prepare to have your taste buds tantalized and your senses awakened as we bring together the finest chili recipes in town. With the melodious tunes of Fisher Peak Performing Artists Society setting the perfect backdrop, you’ll be immersed in a festive atmosphere that celebrates the art of chili making.
Get ready to indulge in a variety of chili creations as restaurants, professional chefs, and non-professional chefs come together to compete for the coveted titles. Our panel of celebrity judges will ensure that the competition is fierce and fair, while attendees will also have the opportunity to vote for their fan favourites.
As you savor the delicious chili samples, you can quench your thirst at the beer garden conveniently located on-site. Take your time, mingle with fellow chili enthusiasts, and soak in the vibrant ambiance of the event.

Please note that all contestants must possess a valid Food Safe certification to enter. There is an entry fee of $25 for contestants, which includes a chance to win incredible prizes.
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request all contestant entries to be submitted no later than August 5. This will allow us ample time to organize the event and make it a truly memorable occasion for everyone involved.
