All Levels Yoga

The class starts with Yoga treats and tea. This Yoga practice is for everyone with plenty of modification. There are several benefits to this practice which include mindfulness, lymphatic health, nervous system repair, strength, and community. Our health effects our states of mind. Ayurvedic treats, mantra, and more.

All Levels Yoga goes Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at 1011 Baker Street.
