St. Eugene Smokehouse's casual menu comprises only the freshest of ingredients, all prepared in-house. Our chefs take great pride in emulating regional styles and creating seasonal favourites using in-house smoked meats such as Certified Angus Beef, duck, and a variety of east and west coast seafood.The St. Eugene Smokehouse is a first-come, first-serve restaurant, although we will take reservations for larger groups looking to book our cozy Scotch & Port room or dining area.
