If you’re interested in the arts, the 1401 Gallery is the place for you. With shows depicting many local artists and many different workshops you can enjoy other's art, and make your own. If you’re wanting to add a piece to your own personal collection, head over to the 1013 Giftshop.

 

Cranbrook History Centre

The Cranbrook History Centre is a must see for everyone. The train tours are so interesting and everything inside is beautiful. Make sure to also stop by the local fossil collection and maybe stare at the working train models for a couple of hours.

 

Ktunaxa Interpretive Centre

Learn about the rich history and heritage of the Ktunaxa People at the Ktunaxa Interpretive Centre located at St. Eugene Golf, Resort and Casino. Learn from Elders and Knowledge Holders about their peoples’ past and Creation Story.

The perfect rainy-day activity for the golf fanatic, or anyone looking to play a few rounds. Kootenay Indoor Golf has state of the art simulation technology and high-definition projectors that make you feel like you’re out on the green; all you need to do is bring your favourite clubs.

 

Cranbrook Aquatic Centre

Does anything really compare to a day at the pool? The Aquatic Centre is perfect for all swimmers, whether you’re wanting to get a little action in the lane pool or play in the waves and ride the slide with your friends and family.

 

Arq Mountain Centre

Whether you’re an old hand or brand new to the world of climbing and bouldering, your time at Arq will be a great experience. Rent some gear or bring your own and hit the walls. The Mountain Centre is equipped with several auto belays for those without a belay certificate. If heights aren’t really your thing check out the bouldering wall upstairs
